| 佐剂,是疫苗的重要组成部分,其主要作用是增强疫苗的免疫效果。人参皂苷是人参的主要活性成分。随着对人参皂苷的深入研究,发现其具有调节机体免疫应答,增强免疫反应的作用,可作为疫苗佐剂的潜在候选物。本文对近年来人参皂苷作为多种疫苗佐剂的实验研究进展进行综述,总结了人参皂苷作为疫苗佐剂对机体免疫应答的影响和潜在作用机制,为开发新型疫苗佐剂提供参考。 |

| Adjuvants, as an essential component of vaccines, primarily aim to enhance the vaccine"s immune effects. Ginsenosides are the main active ingredients in ginseng. With further research on ginsenosides, it has been discovered that they possess the ability to regulate the body"s immune response and enhance immune reactions, making them potential candidates as vaccine adjuvants. This article provides a review of recent experimental studies on ginsenosides as adjuvants for various vaccines, summarizing the impact and potential mechanisms of ginsenosides as vaccine adjuvants on the body"s immune response, thus offering insight for the development of novel vaccine adjuvants. |
