| 目的 基于数据挖掘技术对近代名医范文虎传人孙幼立先生治疗肾病的遣方用药进行回顾性分析,总结其用药规律及学术思想。方法 收集孙幼立先生近8年治疗肾病的所有中药处方,进行相关信息的录入,建立数据库,采用SPSS Statistics 19.0、SPSS modeler 18及cytoscape等数据挖掘及图像处理软件对收集到的信息进行频数及关联规则分析。结果 对录入的6383首处方进行数据分析,发现涉及中药471种,其中单味使用的高频数药分别为茯苓(2057次,32.23%)、川芎(1825次,28.59%)、甘草(1732次,27.13%)、太子参(1675次,26.24%)、生地黄(1639次,25.68%),高频药物中性味归经居前2位的分别为寒(33870次,42.49%)、温(23601次,29.61%)；甘(30880,38.73%)、苦(25520次,32.01%)；肝(26052次,32.68%)、脾(18143次,22.76%)。高频药物进行关联规则分析,得出57对核心药对,聚类分析得到7个聚类,因子分析证实了聚类分析的结果。结论:孙先生治疗肾病临床用药采用病-症-证相结合,随症加减,临床治法主要有搜风通络、益气养阴、滋阴降火、健脾固摄等。为中医药治疗肾病提供了数据基础,促进了名老中医学术传承。 |

| Objective: To use the data mining techniques to conduct a retrospective statistical analysis of Mr. Sun Youli who is the descendant of modern famous doctor Fan Wenhu’s past medical records of nephropathy, and to sumarize the syndrome differentiation rules, prescriptions of Mr. Sun Youli"s treatment of nephropathy and the medication experience. Methods: By collecting all the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of nephropathy? by Mr. Sun Youli in the past 8 years, establishing database, and using data mining and image processing software such as SPSS Statistics 19.0, SPSS modeler 18 and cytoscape to analyze the frequency and association rules of the collected information. Results: The data of 6383 prescriptions were analyzed, and 471 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines were found. The high-frequency drugs used in single flavor were tuckahoe (2057 times, 32.23%), Chuanxiong (1825 times, 28.59%), Glycyrrhiza uralensis (1732 times, 27.13%), Pseudostellariae Radix (1675 times, 26.24%) and Rehmannia glutinosa (1639 times, 25.68%). Statistical results of he high-frequency drugs: the top two of the high-frequency drugs were cold ( 33870 times, 42.49%) and warm (23601 times, 29.61%). The most common in the five flavors are sweet(30880 times, 38.73%) and bitter(25520times, 32.01%). The statistics of the meridians, the liver meridian (26052times，32.68%), the spleen meridian (18143times，22.76%)? are mostly used. High-frequency drugs were analyzed by association rules, and 57 pairs of core drug pairs were obtained. Cluster analysis yielded 7 clusters, and factor analysis confirmed the results of cluster analysis. Conclusion: Mr. Sun "s clinical medication in the treatment of nephropathy adopts the combination of disease-symptom-syndrome, with the addition and subtraction of symptoms. The clinical treatment methods mainly include searching wind and dredging collaterals, supplementing qi and nourishing yin, nourishing yin and lowering fire, and strengthening spleen and consolidating body. It provides a data basis for the treatment of nephropathy by traditional Chinese medicine and promotes the academic inheritance of famous old Chinese medicine. |
