| [目的]系统梳理清代浙江天台医家赵开泰（字廷海，号兰亭，幼名云龙）的学术实践与贡献，揭示其在近代中医传承与创新中的代表性价值。[方法]以“人物身份-技术源流及文献贡献-学术影响”为分析框架，结合《增补牛痘三要》《救伤秘旨》及相关史料，从牛痘接种、麻疹治疗与伤科领域三方面，考证其医学实践与学术思想。[结果]赵开泰在伤科领域融合传统中医正骨精髓与武术伤科经验，构建了独具特色的赵氏正骨体系；在预防医学领域引入西洋牛痘术并推动本土化推广，并认真研习麻疹技术，助力晚清浙江地区预防医学发展；其学术实践集中体现了传统医学在近代中西文化交汇背景下的调适与突破。[结论]赵开泰作为近代中医发展史上兼具传承与创新特质的医家，其学术成果对当代中医药传承创新具有重要启示意义。 |

| [Objective] To systematically sort out the academic practice and contributions of [通信作者：陈滨海，Email：Bess200309@163.com]Zhao Kaitai (courtesy name Tinghai, literary name Lanting, childhood name Yunlong), a physician from Tiantai, Zhejiang in the Qing Dynasty, and reveal his representative value in the inheritance []and innovation of modern Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). [Methods] With the analytical framework of "figure identity-technical origin and literary contribution-academic influence", and combined with Zengbu Niudou Sanyao (Supplemented Three Essentials for Cowpox), Jiushang Mizhi (Secret Essentials for Treating Injuries) and relevant historical materials, this study verified his medical practice and academic thoughts from three aspects: cowpox vaccination, measles treatment and traumatology. [Results] In the field of traumatology, Zhao Kaitai integrated the essence of traditional TCM bone-setting with the experience of martial arts traumatology, and constructed a unique Zhao-style bone-setting system; in the field of preventive medicine, he introduced Western cowpox technology and promoted its localization, and earnestly studied measles treatment techniques，which contributed to the development of preventive medicine in Zhejiang area in the late Qing Dynasty; his academic practice fully reflected the adaptation and breakthrough of traditional medicine under the background of the intersection of Chinese and Western cultures in modern times. [Conclusion] As a physician with both inheritance and innovation characteristics in the history of modern TCM development, Zhao Kaitai’s academic achievements have important enlightenment significance for the inheritance and innovation of contemporary TCM. |
