| [目的]总结崔云教授运用角药治疗常见男科疾患的临证经验与学术思想,以传承其用药精髓,为临床诊疗提供新思路。[方法]通过系统梳理崔云教授的相关著述、学术报告及典型医案,结合长期跟师学习心得,深入分析其辨治男科疾病的独特视角与用药规律,重点提炼并阐释其针对五种不同病证的核心角药配伍及其应用。 [结果]崔云教授深谙角药配伍之妙,其针对血管性勃起功能障碍之“气虚血瘀”病机,创黄芪、川芎、红景天益气活血通络；针对免疫性不育之“湿热瘀毒胶结”病机,立黄芩、虎杖、徐长卿清热利湿、解毒通络；针对早泄之“肝失疏泄、心神浮越”病机,以柴胡、白芍、牡蛎疏肝柔肝、潜镇安神；针对精索静脉曲张之“肝络失和、气滞血瘀肾虚”病机,用香附、牛膝、菟丝子疏肝通络、活血益精；针对迟发性性腺功能障碍之“心肾不交、寒热错杂”病机,取栀子、百合、仙灵脾清心温肾、交通心肾。上述角药组合均体现了其“病证结合,衷中参西”的学术理念。[结论]崔云教授基于对男科疾病核心病机的深刻把握,巧妙运用角药,形成了特色鲜明的诊疗体系,为临证治疗男科疾病提供了良好借鉴。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the clinical experience and academic thinking of Professor CUI Yun in treating common andrological diseases with herb triplets, aiming to inherit the essence of his medication strategies and provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.[Methods:]By systematically reviewing Professor CUI"s relevant writings, academic reports, and typical medical records, combined with long-term clinical learning experience, his unique perspective and medication patterns in diagnosing and treating andrological diseases were analyzed in depth. The focus was on extracting and explaining his core herb triplet combinations and their applications for five different disease patterns.[Results] Professor CUI Yun is proficient in the art of herb triplet formulation. His experience is manifested as follows: For vascular erectile dysfunction with the pathogenesis of "Qi deficiency and blood stasis," he created the combination of Huangqi, Chuanxiong, and Hongjingtian to tonify Qi, activate blood, and unblock collaterals. For immune infertility with the pathogenesis of "intertwined dampness-heat, blood stasis, and toxin," he established the combination of Huangqin, Huzhang, and Xuchangqing to clear heat, drain dampness, remove toxin, and unblock collaterals. For premature ejaculation with the pathogenesis of "liver failing to ensure the free flow of Qi and floating of heart-mind," he used the combination of Chaihu, Baishao, and Muli to soothe the liver, soften the liver, calm the heart-mind, and restrain floating Yang. For varicocele with the pathogenesis of "liver collaterals disharmony, Qi stagnation, blood stasis, and kidney essence deficiency," he applied the combination of Xiangfu, Niuxi, and Tusizi to soothe the liver and unblock collaterals, activate blood and boost essence. For late-onset hypogonadism with the pathogenesis of "heart-kidney imbalance and cold-heat complexity," he employed the combination of Zhizi, Baihe, and Xianlingpi to clear the heart, warm the kidney, and restore communication between the heart and kidney. These herb triplet combinations all reflect his academic philosophy of "disease-pattern combination and integrating Chinese and Western medicine."[Conclusion]Based on a profound understanding of the core pathogenesis of andrological diseases, Professor CUI Yun skillfully employs herb triplets, forming a distinctive diagnosis and treatment system. This provides excellent reference for the clinical management of andrological conditions. |
