目的 探讨基于“互联网+”的强筋正脊操对青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者中的应用效果。 方法 便利抽样法纳入2024年1月—2025年4月80例青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各40例。两组均给予强筋正脊操宣教,对照组采取居家锻炼,试验组给予基于互联网的医护人员可视化指导锻炼,1w干预5次,1h/次,共干预12w。比较两组患者的脊柱侧方弯曲度(Cobb角)、临床疗效和功能锻炼依从性的差异。 结果 试验组与对照组最终各纳入38例和36例。干预后,两组患者的Cobb角较干预前有明显改善,试验组患者Cobb角小于对照组,差异均有统计学差异(均P<0.05)。干预后,试验组临床疗效和依从性均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与常规居家锻炼相比,基于“互联网+”的强筋正脊操更能有效改善强少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者的Cobb角和临床症状,依从性更高,疗效更优。 |

Objective To explore the application effects of an "Internet+"-based Qiangjin Zhengji exercise program in patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis. Methods A total of 80 adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients from January 2024 to April 2025 were enrolled via convenience sampling and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table (40 cases each). Both groups received instructional videos for Qiangjin Zhengji exercises. The control group performed home-based exercises, while the experimental group received internet-based visual guidance from healthcare professionals. Interventions were administered 5 times per week, 1 hour per session, for a total of 12weeks. Outcomes including Cobb angle, clinical efficacy, and exercise compliance were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental and the control group included 38 and 36 cases respectively. After the intervention, both groups showed significant improvement in Cobb angle compared to baseline, with the experimental group demonstrating lower Cobb angles than the control group (allSPS< 0.05). The experimental group exhibited higher total effectiveness rates and compliance rates compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences (all PS< 0.05). Conclusion Compared to conventional home-based exercise, the "Internet+" integrated Qiangjin Zhengji exercise program more effectively improves Cobb angle and clinical symptoms in adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis, demonstrating superior compliance and therapeutic outcomes. |
