      目的 建立UPLC法测定藿香正气水中陈皮的橙皮苷、川陈皮素及橘皮素的含量,比较检测波长280nm和330nm对结果的影响。方法 采用超高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Waters Acquity BEH-C18柱(2.1×150mm,1.7μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速0.3ml/min,检测波长280nm。结果 橙皮苷、川陈皮素和橘皮素进样浓度分别在0.031~0.952、0.002~0.054、0.001~0.004 mg/ml之间呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999;平均回收率分别为99.73%(RSD=0.95%)、97.49%(RSD=1.49%)、96.94%(RSD=1.93%)。结论 该方法快速准确,稳定方便、重现性良好,相对现行标准方法能更好的控制藿香正气水的质量。

      Objective: To establish an UPLC method for determining the contents of hesperidin, nobiletin and tangeretin in Citrus reticulata peel of Huoxiang Zhengqi Water, and compare the effects of detection wavelengths at 280 nm and 330 nm on the results. Methods: An ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) method was adopted. The chromatographic column was a Waters Acquity BEH-C18 column (2.1×150 mm, 1.7 μm), with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase for gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.3 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results: The injection concentrations of hesperidin, nobiletin and tangeretin showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 0.031-0.952, 0.002-0.054, and 0.001-0.004 mg/ml, respectively, with correlation coefficients all greater than 0.999. The average recoveries were 99.73% (RSD=0.95%), 97.49% (RSD=1.49%), and 96.94% (RSD=1.93%), respectively. Conclusion: This method is rapid, accurate, stable, convenient and has good reproducibility. Compared with the current standard method, it can better control the quality of Huoxiang Zhengqi Water.
