| 目的：探讨《扫叶庄医案》虚劳类病证脉象特征及脉理分析。方法：整理《扫叶庄医案》虚劳类病证医案共195则,其中有脉象记录及脉理分析的75则,阐述其脉象特征、脉理分析。结果：1、《扫叶庄医案》虚劳类病证脉象以大、浮、数、动、搏、促、弦、细、小、虚、缓、涩、沉、 濡、微、弱、芤、软等18种脉象为主,医案详细记载了脉象特征,并作脉理分析；2、《扫叶庄医案》虚劳类病证析脉理,辨病机,辨方证,益气、健脾、滋阴为虚劳类病证主要治法。结论：《扫叶庄医案》虚劳类病证以脉理指导辨证论治和选方用药,为临证平脉辨证提供了新的思路。 |

| Abstract: Objective: To explore the pulse characteristics and pulse theory analysis of deficiency and fatigue diseases in the "Sao Ye Zhuang Medical Case". Method: A total of 195 medical cases related to deficiency and fatigue diseases in the "Sao ye zhuang Medical Cases" were compiled, including 75 cases with pulse records and pulse analysis. The pulse characteristics and pulse analysis were explained. Result: 1. The "Sao ye zhuang Medical Case" mainly describes 18 types of pulse patterns in the category of deficiency and fatigue diseases, including large, floating, counting, moving, beating, promoting, stringy, fine, small, deficiency, slowing, astringent, sinking, moistening, slight, weak, palpitative, and soft. The medical case provides detailed records of pulse characteristics and conducts pulse theory analysis; 2. The main treatment methods for deficiency and fatigue diseases in the "Sao ye zhuang Medical Cases" include nourishing qi, strengthening the spleen, and nourishing yin by analyzing pulse theory, identifying disease mechanisms, and distinguishing prescription syndromes. Conclusion: The "Sao Ye Zhuang Medical Case" provides a new approach for the diagnosis and treatment of deficiency and fatigue related diseases based on the guidance of pulse theory, as well as the selection of prescriptions and medication, which provides a new way of thinking for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical symptoms. |
