| 目的：制定医疗机构可追溯中药饮片验收的规范,明确了医疗机构可追溯中药饮片的验收流程和追溯信息要求,为各类医疗机构开展可追溯中药饮片验收工作提供指导。方法：2024年6月成立编制小组,通过网站、会议等方式公开征求意见,通过需求调研、实地考察、文献查阅、专家访谈等方式方法开展研究,并结合各医疗机构可追溯中药饮片验收的经验,于2024年12月完成了可追溯中药饮片验收的基本要求、验收要求、验收结果与处理、验收记录、信息保密等内容的编制。结果：编制完成医疗机构可追溯中药饮片验收规范,2025年3月17日浙江省健康服务业促进会批准发布实施《医疗机构可追溯中药饮片验收规范》(T/ZCHSP 009-2025)团体标准。结论：所制定的规范适用于本文件适用于医疗机构中可追溯中药饮片的验收管理工作,医疗机构开展可追溯中药饮片验收工作将有据可依,从而对促进中药饮片追溯体系建设、保证饮片质量具有重要意义。 |

| ObjectiveSTo establish standardized acceptance specifications for traceable Chinese herbal pieces in Medical Institutions, clarifying the acceptance process and traceability information requirements, thereby providing guidance for healthcare facilities to implement traceable herbal piece acceptance procedures.SMethodsSA drafting committee was formed in June 2024. Public opinions were solicited through websites and meetings. Research was conducted via demand surveys, field investigations, literature reviews, and expert interviews. Incorporating practical experience from medical institutions, the specifications—covering basic requirements, acceptance criteria, handling of results, documentation, and information confidentiality—were finalized in December 2024.SResultsSTheSAcceptance Specifications for Traceable Chinese herbal pieces in Medical InstitutionsS(T/ZCHSP 009-2025) was approved and implemented by the Zhejiang Council for Health Services Promotion (HSP) on March17, 2025.SConclusionSThese specifications apply to the acceptance management of traceable Chinese herbal pieces in medical institutions, providing a regulatory foundation for quality assurance. This initiative significantly contributes to advancing the traceability system for Chinese herbal pieces and ensuring their quality.S |
