| This article briefly introduces Dr. Zhao Hongli''s experience in treating abnormal uterine bleeding: (1) He is not limited to the order of "blocking the flow, clearing the source and restoring the original state", but focuses on clearing the source and strengthening the foundation, and holistic dialectics; (2) He diagnoses and treats according to the six meridians, and divides them into Taiyin disease (Taiyin Qi deficiency, Taiyin Yang deficiency with cold, Taiyin and other meridian diseases), Shaoyin disease (Shaoyin heat, Shaoyin cold), Jueyin disease, Yangming disease (Yangming meridian heat, Yangming bowel fullness), and Shaoyang disease (Shaoyang Qi stagnation, Shaoyang fire stagnation); (3) He focuses on the treatment of the three stages of adolescence, young adults, and menopause. He focuses on replenishing the body''s essence in adolescence, regulating blood and Qi in young adults, nourishing water and Yin in menopause, softening the liver in menopause, with who should be alert to cancer; (4) He uses the right amount of drugs and uses the strengthening of the spleen throughout the whole process. He uses the shengdi ,shudi and fuzi according to the symptoms, and pays attention to the ratio of medicinal flavors and herb taste. |
