| 【】 目的:四位一体平衡针疗法针对非特异性腰痛患者的治疗的临床疗效观察。方法:本实验观察2023年1月至2024年5月期间,在宁波市江北区中医院针灸科门诊就诊诊断非特异性腰痛30例。通过统计分析患者在治疗前和治疗后的疼痛评分以及腰部疼痛指数、评分,分析患者治疗前后的治疗效果。结果:治疗前后患者的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、RMDQ损伤问(RMDO)评分,治疗后根据疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、RMDQ损伤问(RMDO)评分显示,四位一体平衡针疗法效果明显。结论:四位一体平衡针疗法治疗非特异性腰痛,临床疗效更理想,对非特异性腰痛复发及预防因长期腰痛引起的身体代偿引起的脊背或(和)下肢疼痛更有效。 |

| 【】Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the four in one balanced needle therapy in treating non-specific lower back pain. Methods: From January 2023 to May 2024, 30 cases of non-specific low back pain were diagnosed in the acupuncture and moxibustion Department of Jiangbei District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Ningbo. By analyzing the treatment effects of patients before and after treatment, statistical analysis of patients" pain scores before and after treatment, as well as waist pain index and scores. Result: The pain visual analog scale (VAS) score and RMDQ injury question (RMDO) score of patients before and after treatment were evaluated.
